Vacant or occupied house staging is a different process. First of all, we would need to develop a concept of a future house. For this, we would need to carry out some logistics, rent furniture and obtain art or decoration pieces. We do de-clutering, cleanig, and organize your space to be welcoming for your potential buyers.
We will help you to consider details. We will give you options of colour scheme, wooden floors or carpet, painted walls or wall paper, what colours, what textures,what style. Then there's furniture, lighting, window treatments, artwork, soft furnishings.
We help choose art works - murals,original Oil or Acrylic paintings - for your home and office according to the style of the space and your personal taste and preferences.
